Green Building Design Consultants (GBDC) have expanded both the team and the office to meet the current level of demand for Mechanical and Electrical design in new build and refurbishment projects.

We are excited to welcome three new members of staff: Ed Chapman, Senior Electrical Engineer; Mark Smith, Project Engineer and Claire Chapman, CAD Technician / Trainee Engineer.

To accommodate our new team members, we have expanded our office space into an additional floor of the building, by converting storage space into a new floor plate with workstations and a meeting area.

All hard copy files from the storage room have been electronically archived with an efficient search facility for easier access to information.

Green Building Design Consultants now includes 16 employees, having grown from a headcount of one in 2001. The recent recruitment and office expansion are significant steps towards a very bright future for the company.
