With over 25 years’ experience and a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical & Electrical Building Services, Simon and has a proven track record in delivering technically complex and challenging projects across many sectors including large commercial developments, the banking sector, the education sector and urban regeneration projects. Simon lectures on the M&E aspects of dilapidations and supports dilapidations surveys with expert analysis and advice.
