  At Green Building Design we have worked on many technically challenging projects for data centres, trading rooms, universities and healthcare premises. No engineering challenge is beyond our capability.
  
  Our design expertise includes CAD drawing design and BIM (Building Information Modelling).

• MEP, power distribution, acoustics, lighting design and vertical transport.

  As well as mechanical, HVAC, electrical, power distribution and lighting design, we also design for public health engineering, acoustics and vertical transport. The main aim is always to create comfortable living and working environments.

• Cost control and post-occupancy evaluation

  Designs consider the relative advantages of different technologies, current and future costs, how systems interact and how they are used. We have measured post-occupancy energy consumption for many projects and design appropriate control systems for optimum efficiency.

• Compliance and consultancy

  We design for Part L compliance, environmental assessment methods such as BREEAM and LEED, SAP and Energy Performance Certification (EPC certificates).We are also available on a time-based advisory basis for major projects, or to support academic research and development projects.
