Management of installation
We offer full project management services to supervise the installation of mechanical and electrical (M&E) building services equipment.
These include management of construction projects from start to finish, including commissioning tests and performance monitoring.

Commissioning and monitoring
Heating, ventilating and air conditioning building control systems require expert commissioning and we supervise this element of a construction project to achieve the initial design objectives.
We will also complete O&M manuals and instruct building occupiers on the use of systems as required.
We are also available to manage projects to upgrade M&E systems, ensuring systems are maintained extend their working life and optimise performance.

Energy assessments
Project management is supported by energy assessments following the BRE’s Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP). Our in-house Energy Assessor can produce EPC certificates as required.
