On 7th February 2014, Green Building Design became another casualty of the floods affecting the south of England. During the morning, the River Lee rose and within 2 hours our downstairs office was flooded to a depth of 300mm. Fortunately, most of our operations are undertaken from our upstairs offices and we were able to salvage all essential items from downstairs before they were damaged in the flood.
Now the floodwaters have receded and the clean-up is underway, we are back to work and continuing with business as usual.
