Green Building Design Consultants have been appointed by fit out contractor Structure Tone to carry out M&E design for a state-of-the-art trading floor and 50 meeting room, overlooking St. Paul’s Cathedral.

The 25,000 sq ft office for MFS Investment Management will be installed on the 4th and 5th floors of 1 Carter Lane. This 132,000 sq ft building was previously occupied by Goldman Sachs and is owned by LondonMetric Property Plc.

Green Building Design Consultants are working with architects HLW International Ltd. to develop detailed layouts and specifications for heating and cooling equipment in the new offices as well as extensive electrical, voice and data infrastructure to support the trading terminals and auditorium.
