In the run up to Carillion’s liquidation, Green Building Design provided continuity of service to Healthcare Estates teams prior to them being taken on by new service providers.
The Green Building Design service was to provide AE(E) support for the following hospitals: Queen Alexandra Southmead, Great Western, Darent Valley, John Radcliffe, Addenbrooke’s, Harplands, South Tees: Rosebury Park, Royal Liverpool Hospital, and The Langlands Building, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
Key Features
Green Building Design supported local requirements where needed, and ensured continued availability of Appointed Persons through the transition to new service partners.
The contract was delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. This service also delivered continuity of electrical services to all the hospitals involved, ensuring no increased risk to patient care.
