Project Profile
This award-winning project involved the renovation of a six bedroom semi-detached house built in approximately 1850 and located within the Camden Square Conservation Area. The property is owned by Camden Council and was in disrepair prior to the commencement of works. The property was renovated with the aim of creating a show home demonstrating the energy saving potential of existing Victorian housing stock while preserving the external appearance of the property. The property is now occupied by local authority tenants.
